CDI provides project management tools, integrations, and automation services designed to support nonprofit operations, workforce development, and training program management. Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Notion, Asana, and others.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CDI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant CDI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. CDI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CDI does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
CDI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
